PHP Forex Rate: Get currency exchange rates from fixer.io API

This class can get currency exchange rates from fixer.io API.

It can send HTTP requests to the fixer.io API Web server to retrieve information about forex rates. Currently it can:

- Get the exchange rates between two given currencies
- Get the latest exchange rate of a given currency
- Get rates of a given currency on a given date
This recommendation solves the problem.

There are many APIs on the Internet that provide exchange rates near real time.

This package provides a solution to call the fixer.io API that provides free and paid accesses to exchange rates that they claim that are updated every hour.
