Of course there is, steganography can be used in a wide variety of mediums,
however you will need to be familiar with the primitive elements that make up the medium in which you want to encode data.
Strictly speaking, I can think of no digital medium where it would be impossible to use some form of steganography.
It is an interesting idea for sure, I will investigate, let me know if you find something.
