can anybody suggest a solution 4 this.....

when i am verifying gmail id it works correctly. but when i used yahoo id it showing the following error.

Unable to validate the address with this host.

i worked from localhost......

It seems you are trying that from a home machine or a local development machine in a computer connected to the Internet via your ISP.

In that case it will not work because your machine IP address was blacklisted, usually by your own ISP. That means that you are not allowed to send messages to the world from that machine.
